New Heart Ministries is led by Charity Gustke, who serves as the Apostolic Leader. She sets the vision for the ministry and oversees all of the different ministries within the organization. Charity functions in all five-fold ministry positions as the Lord leads, and her calling is to set in order the governmental office, as well as the spiritual and temporal leadership callings and ministries. She is committed to training and releasing the saints to do the works of the ministry, and believes in putting flawed people to work in the Kingdom. Bryan Gustke, Charity’s husband, is an Apostolic Elder in the house and co-founder of the ministry. He also oversees the technical aspects of the house, including the soundboard, livestream, and lights. Together, Charity and Bryan lead New Heart Ministries with a focus on imparting a breaker anointing that releases believers into their destinies and purposes in Christ Jesus, and breaking down barriers of race, culture, gender, and denominations to the glory of God.
Shane and Rachel Roberts are the Associate Pastors of New Heart Ministries. They have three beautiful daughters. Both are graduates of Bethany Bible Training Center. Both serve fervently on the worship team. Pastors Shane and Rachel Roberts have a passion to see the Gospel preached in all the world. To usher his kingdom on this earth and to walk in the full empowerment of the holy spirit. They desire to show God’s love and glorify Him in all they do. Their vision is to raise up the body of Christ who is sold out for Jesus Christ and that are empowered to walk in the destiny that God has prepared for them.

Barry and Susie Behlen have been ministering together since 1974 when they were dating and then married October 1975. They attended bible college together and graduated in 1983 with associate degrees in theology. Upon graduation they were assigned a leadership position to
Syracuse NY. Together they have pastored through the years many people throughout the Syracuse area. They serve in various capacities. Barry works in the sound booth, and also teaches periodically at Sunday Services. Susie serves in different administrative areas, helps oversee the flock and periodically teaches at Tuesday’s Mentor Class. Together they both oversee prayer and intercession for New Heart Ministries. Their greatest desire is to see people free in Christ, enabling them to grow and serve in the Body of Christ.
Their key verse for ministry is Luke 4:18 to preach, to heal, to deliver and to free those that are hurting.
Lauren Godfrey has been trained in both music and the Word of God since she was a child. Her testimony of the faithfulness of a loving God is the basis of her heart to reveal this God to those who are broken and forgotten. Lauren ministers out of a passion to see our Lord lifted high, the Bride of Christ released into the presence of her Groom, and the Kingdom of God advanced.
Erika Pollock is the Children’s Pastors to New Heart Ministries. Her desire to show God’s love and to raise up a generation who is sold out for Jesus Christ and that will walk in the destiny that God has prepared for them.
Dr. Kathy Kinslow is a gifted and experienced teacher, and also functions as a seer prophet to the body of Christ. She taught in South America for nineteen years, sixteen of which were in dual language schools in Asuncion, Paraguay. Her preparation includes a PhD in Instructional Leadership with a concentration in the Social Foundations of Education. Her passion is to transform our culture to one that reflects the Kingdom by enabling the body of Christ to walk in its God-given purpose and thus fulfill its destiny.

David and Leah Beehner are the Youth Pastors for New Heart Ministries. Their desire is to bring the Kingdom into reality here on earth. To show this generation that Jesus reigns forever. To bring about lasting change in this generation and the generations to come. Their heart is to encourage, foster and promote the Kingdom of God in all they do. They desire to teach this generation how to worship, pray, heal and live a Kingdom life here on earth as it is in heaven.
